Description

Sodium diisopropylnaphthalenesulphonate is a calcium stearate-based active substance that has been used as an agrochemical for many years. It is a liquid that can be applied to plants, soil, and other surfaces. Sodium diisopropylnaphthalenesulphonate reacts with hydrochloric acid and inorganic acids, such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid. This reaction produces a variety of products that are active substances. These include sodium benzoate, deionized water, fatty acid esters and particles. Sodium diisopropylnaphthalenesulphonate exhibits strong nematode controlling properties on contact with the worm's body surface or when ingested by the worm. The viscosity of this product is also increased by adding carbon nanotubes to it.
