• Description: 2,2,2-Trifluoroethanesulfonyl chloride (TFEC) is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the toll-like receptor TLR4. It has been used in many reactions as a particle and a hydroxyl group acceptor. TFEC has shown biocompatibility with cells and tissues. It is also an acid complex that can be activated by adding an appropriate chemical. TFEC has been shown to induce transcription-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analytical methods in neuronal cells. TFEC induces cell death in liver cells by inhibiting protein synthesis. This drug also inhibits the activation of NF-κB, which is a transcription factor involved in inflammation and immune responses.
