Description

Trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)-1,3,5-triazine is a neutralizing agent that can be used to remove the acidic protons from a solution. It has been shown that this compound is able to equilibrate with acidic solutions in the presence of a base. Trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)-1,3,5-triazine has been shown to have an effect on thermal expansion and viscosity of solutions. This compound also reacts with additives such as carbon nanotubes and c1-8 alkyl groups to form new products. Trimethyl-2,4,6-tris(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)-1,3,5-triazine can be used as an acid catalyst for reactions
