Description

2,3,4,5-Tetrachloronitrobenzene is a Nitro aromatic compound that has been shown to be an effective cancer therapy. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by blocking the production of epidermal growth factor and other cellular processes. 2,3,4,5-Tetrachloronitrobenzene also inhibits the production of nitric oxide in the body and reduces oxidative stress in cells. 2,3,4,5-Tetrachloronitrobenzene is metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzymes and can act as an acid transporter in the body. 2,3,4,5-Tetrachloronitrobenzene also binds to epithelial cell markers such as EGFR or EGF receptors and causes cell proliferation or migration.
