Tris(N,N-tetramethylene)phosphoric acidtriamide is a compound that is orally administered. It has significant cytotoxicity on liver cells and can be used as a treatment for liver diseases. Tris(N,N-tetramethylene)phosphoric acidtriamide can also be used to modulate the immune system by inhibiting histamine release from mast cells and basophils. Tris(N,N-tetramethylene)phosphoric acidtriamide also has antihistaminic activity and has been shown to be effective against intestinal parasites such as Trichomonas vaginalis. This compound can be synthesized using nanoribbons and characterized by NMR spectra or mass spectrometry methods.
