3,5,6-Trihydroxy-4,6-bis(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-2-(2-methylpropanoyl)cyclohexa-2,4-dien-1-one is an organic compound with the chemical formula of C10H14O3. It is a white solid that can be obtained by the reaction of sodium carbonate and acid complex. 3,5,6-Trihydroxy-4,6-bis(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-2-(2 methylpropanoyl)cyclohexa - 2,4 - dien - 1 - one has been shown to have antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteria and Gram negative bacteria. There are no known side effects from exposure to this compound.
