Description

TentaGel S NH2 is a disulfide-linked cyclic peptide with a molecular weight of 9,700 daltons. TentaGel S NH2 has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells in culture through its ability to bind to intracellular targets. It has also been shown to have biological properties that are similar to growth factors, such as the ability to stimulate cell proliferation and migration. TentaGel S NH2 has been localized in the bladder and is thought to be an important factor in regulation of bladder function.
