Description

Tri-1-naphthylphosphine is a regiospecific phosphine that can distinguish between the two possible aldehyde groups. It is used in the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of halides and aldehydes to form carbon-carbon bonds. Tri-1-naphthylphosphine is used in the synthesis of aziridines, which are an important class of chemical intermediates used for various organic syntheses.
