Tetrabutylammonium fluoride hydrate has been shown to inhibit the production of estrogen receptor modulators in human serum and has been found to have blood disorder properties. The compound has an NMR spectrum that shows it has a hydroxy group at position 1 and an oxo group at position 3 on its structure.
