Informations sur le produit
- 2-Thiazolamine, 4-(2-thienyl)-
- 4-(2-Thienyl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine
4-(Thiophen-2-yl)thiazol-2-amine is a pyridinium salt that can be synthesized in a liquid phase. It has been shown to inhibit the target enzyme sulfathiazole acetyltransferase, which is involved in the synthesis of sulfathiazole and sulfadiazine. 4-(Thiophen-2-yl)thiazol-2-amine has been found to be an analog of these drugs and may have similar effects. This drug can also be used for the treatment of damaged DNA or RNA, as it inhibits protein synthesis by catalysing the formation of nitrous oxide from nitric oxide. 4-(Thiophen-2-yl)thiazol-2-amine is effective against Staphylococcus aureus and other bacterial strains but not against fungi such as Candida albicans.
