Description :Thiourea is a chemical compound that is used as a fungicide, herbicide, and anti-fouling agent in water treatment plants. It has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the growth of some cancer cells. Thiourea also has a negative charge and can be used to adsorb proteins and other organic compounds onto its surface.
