Description

Thymolphthalein monophosphoric acid disodium salt (TMA-DP) is a sodium salt that is used in the laboratory as a substrate for measuring phosphatase enzyme activity. TMA-DP has been shown to be an effective substrate for the measurement of neutral ph, isoenzyme, and glycopeptide phosphatases. It has also been used in immunochemical assays to measure p-nitrophenyl phosphate and dinucleotide phosphate levels in human serum. This product can be used as a biological sample or biological property.
