Informations sur le produit
- 1,3-Difluoro-5-Isocyanatobenzene
- Ai3-36490
- n-Tetracontane
Tetracontane is a reaction product of the oxidation of glycol esters. It is typically used in polymerase chain reactions as a matrix to stabilize the DNA during the amplification process. Tetracontane has been shown to inhibit bacterial growth at concentrations of 0.5-1% (w/v) and prevent microbial infections in animals. Tetracontane is chemically stable and can be extracted from biological materials using an acetate extract or activated with sodium carbonate.
