Description :Meso-tartaric acid monohydrate is a white crystalline substance that is soluble in water and has a strong acidic taste. It is an organic acid, which can be found in many fruits and vegetables. Meso-tartaric acid monohydrate is used as the sodium salt or potassium salt, which may lead to drug interactions with other drugs that are excreted through the kidneys.
