Informations sur le produit
- Benzenecarboximidamide, 4-(trifluoromethoxy)-
4-(Trifluoromethoxy)benzenecarboximidamide is a non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonist. It has been shown to be orally active in animal models and to reduce both thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia. 4-(Trifluoromethoxy)benzenecarboximidamide blocks the NMDA receptor by binding to the glycine binding site, which prevents glutamate from activating the channel and causing an influx of calcium ions. This drug has also been shown to inhibit cyclic AMP production in rat tissue, as well as being a potent antagonist at the NMDA receptor.
