• Description: Z-Val-Lys-Lys-Arg-4MbNA is a synthetic peptide that is used for staining of fixed cells. It binds to lysosomal membrane proteins and stains with a red color when reacted with a chromogen. This product is used as an intermediate in the production of monoclonal antibodies. Z-Val-Lys-Lys-Arg-4MbNA is also used to detect lysosomes in unfixed cells by histochemically staining the reaction product with a solution of buffers and biochemical, following incubation at 37°C for 24 hours. This product has been shown to bind to cellular morphology, fibroblasts, and stained tissue sections.
