Informations sur le produit
- 2-pyridineethanamine, N-(phenylmethyl)-
- N-Benzyl-2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethanamine
N-Benzyl-2-pyridineethylamine is a ligand that has been shown to be highly active in the catalytic oxidation of organic compounds. It is an organic molecule that contains two pyridine rings and one benzene ring. N-Benzyl-2-pyridineethylamine was found to bind strongly to the metal ions Cu(II), Zn(II), Hg(II) and Fe(III) with high affinity. This compound also has a square planar molecular geometry and can be coordinated by chloride ions. The coordination of this ligand to metals is responsible for its high activity in catalytic reactions.
