Description

Acetylcodeine is an opiate analgesic that is used to treat severe pain. Acetylcodeine is a narcotic that has been shown to be effective in treating chronic pain. It is structurally related to codeine and heroin, but it has higher potency and fewer side effects. The detection of acetylcodeine can be done by using liquid chromatography, which separates the components of urine samples by passing a solvent through a column containing the sample. Acetylcodeine can be detected in urine samples for up to three days after consumption.
