Informations sur le produit
Ethyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate is a drug that belongs to the class of quinoxalines, which are effective against cancer cells. It has been shown to be active against Leishmania, with a dose-dependent effect. Ethyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate has been used in the treatment of solid tumours and is capable of inducing apoptosis by depolarizing the cell membrane and disrupting mitochondrial function. This drug also induces cell death in certain strains of bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus. In contrast to other quinoxalines, ethyl quinoxaline-6-carboxylate does not react with DNA or RNA.
