Description :
Dipropyl tetrachlorophthalate is a surfactant that is used as an additive for industrial, household and pharmaceutical products. It is also used in the production of plastics, coatings and printing inks. Dipropyl tetrachlorophthalate has been shown to be a non-toxic, biodegradable product. It has a low toxicity to aquatic organisms and low toxicity to mammals. Dipropyl tetrachlorophthalate can be used as a catalyst in chromatographic science. It is often used as the stationary phase or the mobile phase in chromatography because it can be easily separated by its different solubility properties with solvents such as hexane, chloroform or petroleum ether.
