Description

Tipepidine hibenzate is an anticancer agent that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by inducing apoptosis. It is an analog of indirubin, a potent inhibitor of protein kinases. Tipepidine hibenzate has been found to inhibit the activity of β-glucan kinase, which is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. This drug has been shown to be effective against human cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. It also inhibits the growth of tumors in animal models. Tipepidine hibenzate is excreted mainly in urine and has no significant toxic effects on normal tissues or organs.
