Description :
4-Cyanophenyl 4-propylbenzoate is a natural product that can be found in the leaves of Albiflora suberosin. The compound has been shown to have anti-cancer properties. It has also been shown to inhibit the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and lipid peroxidation, which are both associated with aging and cancer. The antioxidant activity of 4-Cyanophenyl 4-propylbenzoate was tested in an assay system involving the use of propyl gallate, gallic acid, and acetone as antioxidants. Results showed that this compound has high antioxidant activity.
