Description

o-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]hydroxylamine dihydrochloride is a drug used to treat cardiovascular disorders. It is a prodrug that is metabolized in the body to form hydroxylamine, which has affinity for c1-6 alkyl groups. The hydroxyl group on the heterocycle of o-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]hydroxylamine dihydrochloride also has biological properties.
