P38 mapk-in-1 may be a potential mechanism for investigating the relationship between inflammation and cellular proliferation in vitro models. In vivo studies have also shown that p38 mapk-in-1 is involved in chronic inflammation, which may be due to its inhibition of protein synthesis and activation of NF-κB. P38 mapk-in-1 may also play an important role in the development of cancer, since it has been found to be overexpressed in human lung cancer cells (A549).
