Informations sur le produit
Nom:Yttrium(III) sulfate octahydrate
Marque:Biosynth
Description :Yttrium is a chemical element with the symbol Y and atomic number 39. It is a silvery-white, hard metal that has a melting point of 1814°C. Yttrium is chemically stable in air due to its high oxidation state of +6. The hydrated form of yttrium sulfate has the chemical formula YSO4·xH2O and is a colorless crystalline solid that dissolves in water to give solutions containing the salt compound YSO4. This compound can be found in nature as the mineral gadolinite, which often contains other metals such as copper or iron. The average particle diameter of this compound can be determined by measuring the light emission from the reaction between hydrochloric acid and copper oxide, which produces yttrium chloride and hydrogen gas. This reaction is carried out at room temperature for 1 hour, after which the light emission intensity is measured using an optical photometer. The average particle diameter can then be calculated from this result
