Description :
2-tert-Butylpyrazine is a macrocyclic compound that has been shown to be an effective ligand for copper(I) ions. It can also be used as a catalyst in organic reactions and as a solvent in electrochemical studies. 2-tert-Butylpyrazine has been used to generate high concentrations of macrocycles, which are compounds with a ring structure of three or more atoms. Macrocycles have been shown to have optical and fluorescence properties, which make them useful for lasers and photovoltaic devices.
