Description :
2-(Pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)cyclohexan-1-one is a cytotoxic drug that belongs to the class of aryloxy compounds and has been shown to have antileishmanial activity. It was found to inhibit the growth of Leishmania parasites in vitro and in vivo. In addition, 2-(pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)cyclohexan-1-one has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which is due to its ability to suppress prostaglandin synthesis.
