Description :
3-Difluoromethyl-6-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine is a cancer drug that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by targeting abnormal cells. It binds to DNA and prevents replication of the genetic information in the nucleus. 3-Difluoromethyl-6-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine induces cell death by triggering caspase activation and apoptosis. This drug has also been shown to inhibit the proliferation of colon cancer cells and leukemia cells.
