Description :Mj 33 lithium is a potent and selective antibody that inhibits the activation of ion channels. It binds to the ligand-binding domain of receptors, preventing agonist binding and subsequent signal transduction. Mj 33 lithium has been shown to be an inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinases, including type I insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF1R), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2). It also has been shown to inhibit the activation of voltage-gated sodium channels in rat dorsal root ganglia neurons.
