Fmoc-PEG1-NHS ester is a PEGylation reagent that is widely used in bioconjugation and drug delivery applications. It consists of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain with an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester group at one end, which allows for efficient coupling to amine groups on proteins, peptides, or other molecules.
