Description :4'-Acetyl simvastatin is a synthetic statin that inhibits cholesterol synthesis by competitively inhibiting the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase. The reaction yield of 4'-acetyl simvastatin is high, and it has been shown to be effective at a lower dose than other statins. Impurities are not detected in this drug, and it has a low toxicity profile.
