CRT0066101 is a protein kinase inhibitor that has shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. CRT0066101 inhibits the activity of HER2+ breast cancer cells by binding to and blocking the function of protein kinases, which are enzymes that regulate cell growth.
