Description

Aloe Emodin 8-Glucoside is a natural compound that belongs to the group of sennosides. It has been shown to have synergistic effects with insulin sensitivity, and can be used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Aloe Emodin 8-Glucoside also has laxative properties and can be used to treat constipation. It is thought that this drug may work by inhibiting phosphatases, which are enzymes that break down other enzymes. Aloe Emodin 8-Glucoside has been shown to inhibit ptp1b, which is an enzyme involved in the production of insulin and serotonin. This drug also binds to allosteric sites on protein kinase A (PKA), leading to increased levels of cAMP and decreased levels of cGMP in cells.
