• Description: Insulin lispro is a form of insulin that is used to treat diabetes. Insulin lispro contains a recombinant DNA molecule with a sequence identical to human insulin, and contains the same amino acid sequence as human insulin. It has two-way crossover, long-term efficacy, and low magnesium salt. The two-way crossover study was conducted on patients with diabetic neuropathy and showed an improved efficacy of oral hypoglycemic agents. The long-term efficacy of insulin lispro was demonstrated in a study that lasted for one year. Insulin lispro has been shown to be effective in the treatment of metabolic disorders such as diabetes and autoimmune diseases such as type 1 diabetes. Insulin lispro has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties similar to those of human serum.
