• Description: 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-4-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid is a pyrazole with anticancer activity. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the protein synthesis and DNA replication in tumour cells. This active form binds to DNA polymerase, thereby preventing transcription and replication.
