Description :SAR-020106 is a small molecule inhibitor that binds to the cell factor, preventing it from binding to its target on cells. SAR-020106 has been shown to inhibit the growth of solid tumours in vitro and in vivo. The mechanism of action is not known, but may be due to inhibition of thymidylate synthesis or induction of apoptosis.
