Description :
Tedatioxetine hydrobromide is a potent and selective agonist at the serotonin 5-HT receptor. It has been shown to bind to the serotonin 5-HT1A receptor, with an affinity (Ki) of 0.2 nM and a maximal efficacy of 53% in activating the receptor, as well as binding to the serotonin 5-HT7 receptor with an affinity of 0.4 nM. Tedatioxetine hydrobromide also has high purity, which is 99.9%.
