Ml 10302 hydrochloride is a drug that has anxiolytic-like effects in animals. Ml 10302 hydrochloride binds to the GABAA receptor and enhances its sensitivity to the neurotransmitter GABA. It also binds to the benzodiazepine site on the GABAA receptor and inhibits a variety of ligands, including benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and alcohols.
