Astragaloside II is a natural compound that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo. Astragaloside II inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and cyclooxygenase pathways. It also has a matrix effect on the cells, which may be due to its ability to activate protein kinase C. This compound also has an analytical method, which consists of HPLC with UV detection at 210 nm.
