Description

2-(Hydroxymethyl)phenylboronic Acid is a chemical. This compound has been shown to have antimicrobial activity and can be used as an additive in animal feed to prevent the growth of bacteria, yeast, and mold. 2-(Hydroxymethyl)phenylboronic Acid is also used as a precursor for the synthesis of other compounds.
