Description

Boc-Leu-Lys-Arg-AMC is an inhibitor of the human erythrocyte receptor for thrombin. It has shown activity in a number of other protein interactions, such as with the human receptor for epidermal growth factor (EGF) and the human receptor for insulin-like growth factor II. Boc-Leu-Lys-Arg-AMC is used as a research tool to study the function of proteins, including ion channels and receptors.
