Description :
4-Chloro-N-cyclopropyl-N-(4-piperidinyl)benzene sulfonamide is a novel experimental drug that has been shown to have chronotropic, vasorelaxant and inotropic properties. The pharmacokinetic properties of 4CPCBS are unknown, but it has been shown to have a vasorelaxant effect in vitro. This compound also has the potential to be used as a template for designing new drugs with similar pharmacological activity.
