• Description: N-(trifluoroacetyl)-1-desmethyl daunorubicin is an analog of daunorubicin that is synthesized by the click chemistry and fluorination reactions. It contains a trifluoroacetyl group on the 1-position of the desmethyl group, which has been shown to increase its stability in vivo.
