Informations sur le produit
- Bisdimethylsilylphenylether
- (Oxydibenzene-4,1-Diyl)Bis(Dimethylsilane)
Bis[(p-dimethylsilyl)phenyl]ether is a constant, unmodified organic polymer with a high thermal stability and bonding. It has been used to produce composites for the surface functionalization of polymers. When reacted with boron nitride, it produces an average diameter of 1.6 microns with a 95% particle size of 0.6 - 2.5 microns and a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/mK at 30 °C, which is higher than that of pure boron nitride. The chemical bonding between bis[(p-dimethylsilyl)phenyl]ether and boron nitride is stronger than the chemical bonding between bis[(p-dimethylsilyl)phenyl]ether and polymers such as polystyrene or polymethyl methacrylate because bis[(p-dimethylsilyl)phenyl]ether can react with all three reactive groups
