Fendiline hydrochloride is a cell cycle inhibitor that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding to the protein kinase C. It is an inhibitor of breast cancer and other cancers, which may be due to its ability to inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis. Fendiline hydrochloride has been shown to inhibit cell growth in vitro and in vivo, as well as inducing apoptosis in human breast cancer cells. This drug has been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of proteins, leading to a decrease in the production of proteins that are necessary for cell division.
