Description :N2-Carbamoylthreonyl-2'-deoxyguanosine is a phosphoramidite monophosphate that is used in the synthesis of DNA. It has antiviral and anticancer properties. N2-Carbamoylthreonyl-2'-deoxyguanosine is synthesized by modifying the nucleoside thymidine, which contains a 2'-deoxyribose sugar and an amino sugar, with carbamate linkages at the 2' position.
