• Description: 5'-O-DMT-4-thiouridine is a nucleoside analog that is used as a research tool in anticancer and antiviral studies. It is an activator of the phosphatase PP1 and has been shown to inhibit the growth of cultured human leukemia cells by inhibiting DNA synthesis.
