Description :2'-Deoxy-2',2'-difluorocytidine 5'-monophosphate triethylammonium salt is an antiviral nucleotide that inhibits the synthesis of viral DNA by competing with natural substrates. It has been shown to be a potent activator of the phosphoramidite method, which is a synthetic method for the production of oligonucleotides. This nucleotide is synthesized by reacting 2-deoxy-2',2'-difluorocytidine 5'-triphosphate with TEA in DMF. The CAS number for this compound is 62533-81-7 and it has a molecular weight of 298.3 Da.
