Description :2',3'-Di-O-methylguanosine is a nucleoside, which is a chemical compound composed of a nitrogenous base, a five-carbon sugar, and one phosphate group. It is an analog of guanosine that has been modified by replacing the 2' hydroxyl group with a methyl group. This modification prevents the phosphorylation of the monophosphate form to the diphosphate form.
