Informations sur le produit
Linopirdine dihydrochloride is a non-selective cation that has been shown to block the activation of voltage-gated calcium channels in vitro. Linopirdine dihydrochloride has been shown to have therapeutic potential for the treatment of depression and cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. The drug has also been shown to activate acetylcholine receptors in vitro, which may be related to its effects on mood. In vivo experiments using Sprague-Dawley rats have shown that linopirdine dihydrochloride can cross the blood-brain barrier and inhibit acetylcholine release in brain cells.
